Group meets for 12 weekly sessions of unique healing experiences through the use of movement, routine, social connections, trauma education, and self-expression to promote healing outside of traditional therapy — decreasing trauma and PTSD symptoms.
No yoga experience necessary
Eligibility: Open to all individuals over the age of 18 who have experienced any type of trauma. Individuals participating in this group do not need to be receiving services from Full Expression Therapies or any other therapy service.
Cost: $360 for 12 group sessions ($30/session) OR $300 if paid upfront; sliding scale available upon request. VCAP accepted for payment.
