About the event
Join us for Soul Movement, a heart-centered movement experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stagnant energy, and move with intention in a supportive community setting.
How the practice unfolds:
Each event will have a 10 minutes meditation corresponding to the chakra we are focusing on:
Opening with a sound bath to align us by Merryn
Transitioning into movement with Cait
Closing with reflection through guided journaling with oracle cards by Zen
Dates:
• June 28, 2026 (Lower Chakras - Root, Sacral & Solar Plexus)
• July 5, 2026 (Heart & Throat
• July 12, 2026 (Upper Chakras - Third Eye & Crown)
